Job Description:
*Responsible for opening and closing new home community sales office and model homes
*Greet potential buyers, provide information, and answer questions regarding community
*Cultivate rapport with potential buyers and assist with identifying their home buying needs
*Secure contact information for follow up, hand out marketing materials and other administrative tasks.
 
Job Requirements:
*Must have a valid AZ Real Estate License
*Must be outgoing and customer service oriented
*Strong communication skills
*Familiar with MS Office; Word, Outlook
*Have a professional demeanor
*Have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation
